The edition matters
Find the exact movie or show on Nepu, then inspect the available audio and text tracks on the viewing service. Subtitles belong to the edition being played. A similar name or another cut can create a timing mismatch even when the language is correct.
How to turn on subtitles
Open the active player’s subtitle or captions menu and select a supplied track. Labels and icons differ by application. If the control is unavailable, inspect that service’s title information instead of assuming that a catalog setting can enable a missing track.
Text that stays readable
Where customization is supported, adjust size, color, outline or background. Check a bright scene as well as a dark one. On television, read from your normal seat; on a phone, keep text large enough that you can follow dialogue without holding the device uncomfortably close.
When timing drifts
Try a different supplied track or an offset control if the player includes one. Check that you opened the correct episode or film edition. A subtitle file for another edit may start correctly and drift later. This page does not distribute subtitle files or change settings inside a separate player.
